- DAY 1, in table teams of 4-5 (1) brainstorm and write 10-15 traditions/unique events/features; (2) read and rotate; (3) develop final list of 10 as class; (4) clear/clean tables; (5) place 10 topics around room
- DAY 2, in teams of 3 (1) add at least 2 burning questions per team at at each topic(2 min at each spot); (2) lighting round where take 30 sec to read all questions at each topic; (3) beaker and chip voting, 5 chips/student, vote for favorite 5; (4) students check voting results
